Ready to build the cutest Easter brunch board? It’s a relaxed, colorful spread that combines breakfast, snacks and a few cocktail options—everything you want for a festive spring gathering.

An Easter brunch board is essentially a breakfast-style cheese and charcuterie board that leans into seasonal fruits, playful sweets and a few savory anchors. Think deviled eggs and soft-boiled eggs as stars, plus smoked salmon, avocado toast, fresh bread, pastries, cheeses and a punchy Bloody Mary to cut through all the sweet and creamy bites.

Here’s the key
Start by arranging items you can make ahead. Deviled eggs are perfect a few hours or even a day before; soft-boiled eggs can be prepared shortly before serving and don’t require instant plate service the way a fried egg does. Build the board with a mix of textures and temperatures so guests can graze.
Include a selection of breads and pastries for variety — croissants, sliced baguette, bagels, and a few pieces of toast for toppings. Add donuts for a special treat and seasonal fruit for color and freshness.
For savory toppings, smoked salmon paired with a little cream cheese is a natural match. Add sliced cucumbers, radishes and sugar snap peas for crunch. Avocado sliced or mashed makes for effortless avocado toast or a creamy side for salmon.
Cheese is essential: include a firm, sharp option like cheddar, a soft goat-style cheese similar to Humboldt Fog, and a washed-rind or nutty cheese for contrast. For charcuterie, thin slices of prosciutto and a couple of salamis are the simplest crowd-pleasers.

Balance the savory with sweet: a slab of honeycomb, fig spread and sour cherry spread are excellent alongside cheese. These spreads are delicious on toasted baguette with cheese or dolloped on a croissant.
For the egg preparations, classic deviled eggs are always a hit. Variations like French onion-style deviled eggs or bacon-blue-asparagus deviled eggs are flavorful options if you want to mix things up. Soft-boiled eggs are great for dipping toast or enjoying atop potato salad or greens.

Spicy Calabrian Bloody Marys
I made a small-batch spicy Bloody Mary mix using jarred Calabrian chili peppers for a bright, peppery kick that complements the sweeter elements on the board. The heat is an ideal counterpoint to creamy cheeses, smoked salmon and fruity spreads.

This setup works beautifully for brunch, late-morning celebrations, or an afternoon snack during a holiday gathering. Add plenty of small spoons and plates and let guests build their own bites.

With a mix of sweet, savory, creamy, crunchy and spicy elements, you’ll have a spring-worthy board that feels both festive and effortless.
